can anybody told me if an Dynamics AX 4.0 Client is working on Windows 10?

This is not tested by me. Also I doubt if Microsoft did this for version AX 4.0. If it currently works on Win7 or Win8, then probably it will also work on Windows 10, but you have to test it.
The combination is not supported.

the result is that it works on windows 10 without any Problems.
We also test the AX Client on an Windows 2012 Standard.
The same result. It works without any Problems.
