The delay was most probably caused by some backend/server issue.
If the situation repeats, please do create a support ticket and we will investigate.

The issue could be caused from server side.
If currently a new journey is able to start correctly, you could keep focusing on it for several days to check whether the issue will occur again.
If it still exists, open a support ticket for further assistance:

I made a new journey and launch it later, and it started correctly.

Did you use new canvas customer journey? I didn't find content that was shown in the screenshot.
