Unable to Print Invoice from AX 2012

Hi Team,

I am very new in Dynamic AX. I am facing an issue which is recently I have changed my Ax server and DB password. means all password including service passwords. After that we are not able to print any invoice from AX system it says.

"Error while setting server report parameters. Error message: The report server has encountered error, Login failed for the unattended execution account. (rsServerConfigurationError)

The report server has emcountered a configuration error. Logon failed for the unattended account (rsServerConfigurationError)"

Note : all Services are running fine in SQL server 2008 r2

Any help will be highly appreciated .

Hi,

You first have to check if the reporting server is running in the services. If not, you can change the properties of the service and provide the new credentials.

Then check within AX if the server name of you rreporting server is setup with the correct name. If not, change to the appropriate name and deploy the reports again.

Issue got resolved. I had to change account password in the Reporting services configuration manager.

After doing that issue got resolved.

I faced the same issue. I did the following steps to resolve it:

1) Removed the execution account on Reporting Services Configuration Manager

2) Go the the Report Manger URL (This can be seen from Report Manager URL tab in Reporting Services Configuration Manager).

3) Open the DynamicsAX folder which has all the reports
.

4) Search for your Report in the search bar

You will see your report with a different instance for each deployed design for your reports.

5) Choose the design for your report which failed to open and right click and select Manage from the pop up menu.

If you are not sure about which design is failing to open, then do the following for all designs.

6) Go to Data Sources tab and change selection to Windows integrated security under Connect using group.

Click Test Connection to verify if the connection is successful. If not successful, then try other option and repeat until connection is successful.

7) Click Apply

Now, go to AX client and open the report again.
