5I have a Micros PCWS 2010 POS. And I'm Using RMS2.0 on it. Unfortunately the HDD crashed, so I have to reinstall everything. I've got most of it all done except the MSR. This is a IDTECH card reader that plugs into an RJ-45 port on the register, that's been dedicated as COM3. Sadly, I don't have any OPOS software that will allow me to connect that COM3 to RMS...the only OPOS i have is Epson, and it's for the TM-T8III printer...any ideas?
Pretty much when I swipe the card in the MSR, nothing pulls up on the screen. I didn't originally setup these machines (done by another tech 5 years ago). and my local vendor changed owners 3 times since then so they have no idea either...
