I am unable to download the payroll YE update files for GP 2013 and GP 2015 from Microsoft's website, customersource or partnersource. Does anyone have these files they can provide?

Well, I have gotten someone at Microsoft who has been very helpful, and they have even confirmed they are monitoring this thread. The problem is that they also do not have access to these files, it is only a specific team at Microsoft that can access it and that team is only available by e-mail, which means waiting 24hrs for each response. In any case, I am currently downloading the files dmoore was able to send (THANK YOU!) and Microsoft is supposed to call me to resolve the issues I'm having downloading anything from partnersource. Fixing that is not as high of a priority for me now that I have the files necessary to update payroll for my clients, so I have some breathing room finally.
I am truly surprised no one from MS can't help you...but hey...looks like someone else did

Also, this is not a site where they will be available for others to download, so I am not distributing anything, I am simply trying to obtain the files for my own personal use as a Microsoft Partner so I can install for my clients and they can run payroll and pay their employees.
That may be the case, but I have reached out to Microsoft many times regarding this issue and not gotten a response. Everyone I've talked to says they don't have access and I need to talk to a different department that can only be reached by email yet they are unresponsive. It was actually a Microsoft customer service rep that suggested I post here and see if someone else will send me the files, so I am just operating under their instruction.
I am sure some one from MS will have to do that...I believe is is against our agreement to upload the files to another site

Unfortunately, I've been on the phone with Microsoft most of the day trying to resolve this, so yes I have tried the in private as well as a lot of other things. The problem is that everyone I've been able to talk to says "it's not their department" and apparently the department that handles this is only available by e-mail, not phone. I've created multiple tickets and have not received anything back.
If you wouldn't mind, can you try using this method to send me the files instead?
Go to www.copelandbuhl.com and you will be taken to my company's website. Click on the RESOURCES tab at the top, and then click the link for LEAP FILE. This will take you to the leap file page, where you can select SECURE UPLOAD. You will be able to choose my name from the list, Tanner Ties, and then upload the files. I'm looking for the Payroll YE Update for both GP 2013 and GP 2015. Thank you in advance if you are able to send these, it is MUCH appreciated.
