If you want to track in transit inventory on inter company orders between two legal entity you can use below reports.

Only if you are asking about stock which is issued on a Transfer order, from one Warehouse to another (within the same company). In this case, the 'From' warehouse has an associated Transit Warehouse. You can see the contents of the Transit warehouse in any On-hand inquiry.
in inventory transactions, could look for transit warehouse and it's associated transactions and apply filter for still in transit using receipt and issue columns
