Templates missing from Data Integration page

I'm trying to test using the data integration function to link two of my CRM instances, but I get stuck trying to create a project because I can't see any templates listed. How do I add templates? I can't seem to create my own without already having a journey in place, which requires a template!

    Hi, were you able to solve this issue?

    We have been using powerplatform dataintegration to sync data from one instance to another. Somehow, I'm not able to create new templates, nor view existing templates. I'm still able to use existing integrations, but can't create new.

    Hiya BjornMPL - I was told I could not use powerplatform's data integration for the purpose I was trying to use it for. Basically it only seems to work between certain instances (e.g. CRM and F&O) and I was trying to use it in a way which wasn't supported, hence the lack of templates.

    Hi Charlotte, that's to bad. I have been using this method for the past 2 years to copy data between 2 instances and import data from on Prem sql servers. Existing integrations still work, but I can't alter them or create new ones. To bad that it seems to be suddenly deprecated.

    Did you find a good alternative, besides using something like power automate?
