Hi Guys,
I have developed one word document template which works fine. I have saved the last imported template and if i require any amendments I edit the document and re imports.
However Since I exported my first template I have added new fields on CRM which are now not reflecting in my template.
What would be the procedure to amend existing template with new fields rather then create the document template from the scratch again?

I believe you are talking about the mail merge templates. If that is the case you can download the document make the changes and upload it back into the system.
