How to create a note / task in Timeline when sharepoint document is uploaded from CRM account entity

Hi All,

I want to create a note / task when sharepoint document is uploaded from CRM account entity . Please provide any suggestion on how to achive this since there is no trigger point available from CRM.

    I think you can do that by Power Automate or workflow.

    Hi, 

    I replayed your scenario using cloud flows. The cloud flow is not clean, but it will give you an idea for a stronger implementation. 

    Flow summary:

    1- When a file is created or modified (properties only)

    2- get relative path (Document Location)

    Expression: split(triggerOutputs()?['body/{FullPath}'],'/')[1]

    3- get the associated document location created on CRM

    4- Apply for the first document location/Create Task
