CIS for payroll calculation in ax 2012 R3 ????

one of the new  feature that had been added to AX 2012 R3  is Construction industry Schema for payroll calculation , a configuration key is added for it in license configuration , i need to now where to find such enhancement as i cannot found  in HR or payroll,

any suggestion or contribution will be appreciated
