Warehouse Transfer Orders - Permissions

Warehouse employees have been appointed
The user BC1 employee of the main warehouse
During shipping operations, this feature works well, as each user sees the shipping orders for his warehouse only.

But when we use the “Transfer Orders” between two location feature, any user can carry out the shipping and receiving process to any warehouse, even if it is a warehouse that is not assign for him.

What is the way to make the BC1 able to make transactions through his warehouse only?

for example: he can ship just from /Main/ Location
and he can just receive to /Main/ Location
and he can't ship from or receive to any other location.

Hi, you can try Security Filters feature.

But please note that this will prevent users from viewing other locations in other features.

If you only want to be in a certain function, this needs to be customized.
    For example,

    Hope this helps as well.
    Thanks.

    Warehouse Transfer Orders - Permissions
    Try the following:
    1. Go to User Card
    2. Using Effective Permissions, find the permission set assigned to the user that is providing them with permission to Locations.
    3. Open the permission set from the User card.
    4. Add an Include line selecting Table Data 14 Location
    5. Set a Security Filter for Code = MAIN and whatever you are using as your In Transit Location(s)
This will limit the locations available to only what is included in the filter.

This approach will not work with Direct Transfers because if I remember correctly, they do not use In Transit Location. The user will need permission to both locations and this is what you don't want.

Alternatively, you could try using the Security Filter on the location field of Table Data for document headers you are using. I haven't tried this and I don't think it will work to meet your requirements for transfers anyway.
