Marketing Forms for Event Registration works with wait lists?

I am trying to use the new event registration marketing form on a custom azure web app. It works just fine when the registrant count is less than the Maximum capacity, but when the registration count equals the maximum capacity and the wait list is enabled, my app will receive a 404 error if someone tries to register. I tried registering for the same event in the out of the box marketing event portal, but the same marketing form worked as expected and created a wait list record instead of a registration record.

Will the new forms support waitlisting in external marketing websites?

    Hi,

Is this still not supported? So wait listing works only with Event portal?

    Hi Clofly,

Yes I have enabled this preview feature in my environment and have been testing it out over the last week or so and this issue continues to persist. That is why I have come here to see if they will be fixing this issue before the feature is generally available.

    Hi david,

Did you enable "Event registration forms" feature in Feature switches page?

The "Improved event management experience" feature will be in general availability this month.

Please wait until the general update has been released, then check whether the issue still exists.

    Regards,

    Clofly
