Hi, I would like to ask for some support as recently I started testing the app Remote Assist after opening a trial account.
What happens is that on the devices I am testing (Android or Iphone) the app cannot handle the screen rotation.
Basically the app seems to be working quite fine, but if the operator handling it rotates the smartphone so that the screen shifts from horizontal to vertical (or viceversa), on the other side the "expert technician" sees a frozen screen showing the last frame before the screen rotation on the smartphone and the seession hangs. Disabling the screen rotation on the smartphone does not solve the issue and this happens both with an Iphone or an Android device.
Is there any particular setting to prevent this disguide from happening? It looks like if the camera management (above all on modern phones with multiple cameras) is not completely working and it would be very usefull the chance to set the app to use one specific chosen camera, possibily without rotation.
Testing the same behavior on MS Teams and with the same devices, it works simply perfect and, in case of rotation, the video streaming self adapts and never misses a frame.
Thanks in advance.
