Is it possible to kick all users from Dynamics 365 (online) before performing upgrades.
I am aware that I can set the instance to "Administrative" so they can't logon again, but will that kick active connections as well?

    Hi Jozef,

    For sandboxes you can enable administration mode to block access for users but with production instances that's not possible.,

    You can set a Security Group under security settings in the Edit mode to block user access. Make sure that you/the admins are member of this Security Group.

    To be sure that all connections are cut, you could minimize the session time:

    community.dynamics.com/.../configure-session-timeout-and-inactivity-timeout-dynamics-365
