Integration Manager/ Price Breaks

Does anyone know of a 3rd party application that allows a minimum price for a set quantity on an invoice and then price breaks after the qualifying quantity of the minimum.   I, also, need to be able to bring invoices in thruogh Integration Manager and have the price breaks applied.
