I hosted my asp.net website on IIS server but when consuming AIF service i am getting this error.

Please suggest which user needs to be have access.

If the user that is executing the .net application is not a Dynamics AX user, then you get that error message. In my production environment I have an inbound port that is consumed by an external application (but inside my domain), so I have created a specific domain user to execute the .net application who consumes the inbound port

It seems that the account doesn't have access to AX.

There is nothing else I can say without more information from you.
