Audit Log for addition of user in access team template

Hi,

Is it possible to get the audit details when a sales owner adds a user in the access team template of a specific record ?

e.g. If the sales owner of an opportunity adds another user in the access team template, is it possible to get the exact time and other details to check by SSRS reports or any custom code or by any mean in audit log?

    Hello,

    AFAIK you can't track that using OOB Audit.

    What you can try is to handle AddUserToRecordTeam message, store that information somewhere and use it inside SSRS or user UI.

    No, team membership detail doesnt have timestamp with it.

    So you need to create a custom entity - Team Membership Audit.

    Now register a plugin on message - AddUserToRecordTeam - and create a record of the custom entity with all the information you need.
