May I know if I can reverse GRN in Navision 2018?

Hello,
Go to posted purchase Receipt page.
In line tab click on function then click on Undo receipt.
It will reverse your GRN.

Hello, Once you undo receipt system will create negative adjustment for quantity. It wont affect anything anything backend.
