I wanted to know what are the out of box ways or third party tools through I can perform integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with WebSphere commerce.
Following is my business flow:
- We have customer data in the WebSphere Commerce system and we need to send certain marketing emails to them. We send over the customer details as well as the email content to CRM and need the CRM to send the emails.
- All WebSphere Commerce customer data/Order data is to be pushed to CRM as well. When any WebSphere Commerce customer calls up the call center, the Customer Service Representative should be able to fetch the customer details along with his order details and help the customer with whatever information is needed.
- The requirement is also that the Customer Service Representative should be able to place order on behalf of the customer or create a return order for him. But I am doubtful if that level of integration would be possible as it may need CRM to connect to WebSphere Commerce at every step and virtually act as the ecommerce portal .
