How do I use the the SAND BOX testing option for taxpayers less than 500 crores now? can I get CLIENT ID/SECRET from ERP ? Is it chargeable or FREE ? what is the charge for the CLIENTID/SECRET from GSP

The govt has given mandate E-Invoice for greater than 100 cr turnover..
you can contact the GSP providers for API's..

Yes, there are plenty of GSPs, Cleartax is one of them other one that I know is ease my gst. Please visit there portal to request a demo and yes it will be chargeable but if you're a customer you can ask your vendor to get in touch with the GSP and if you're a service provider then easily they will give you demo as you're a prospect to them. I am not sure about their charges. And remember GSP will only provide client id, client secret Id and api url along with username and password, it will be your responsibility to write codes to hit the api.
Ms has already released a hotfix which works only for direct api integration on the government portal.
Please check with Microsoft if they will release a patch in future which will support GSP integration. I am not sure it is coming anytime soon.
And partners are asking huge sum because they will have to develop custom codes to hit the GSP api and get the IRN number, Ack. No and QR code and this is not an easy task. Some of the partners are using .net middleware and some of them are using either Ftp or SSIS.

If you navigate to government website you will see that company with turnover between 100 to 500 won't have direct api access.
They can get the same with the help of GSP.
I recommend you getting in touch with any GSP and from there you can get client id and secret details.
The program is available for turnover above 500 cr.
I am Below 500 cr which has to start 1st JAN 21 onwards. I want to do the SAND BOX TESTING but dont know how to get ERPs client id /secret details

Have you opened a support ticket then and did you follow up with MS what they are doing/fixing and when they will deliver the patch?
Government has asked to update the sale invoice details in JSON format and upload to GST site automatically. Site will return a ref.no (IRN) and QR CODE which has to be updated to the ERP.. initially it was meant for companies above 500cr but from 1st JAN It is applicable for 100cr above companies also.
Microsoft is provided a patch , which is working for 500 plus. For the SAND BOX testing I need ClientID/SECRET from ERp Provider to configure in Ax.
But partner is asking to customisation charges(1LAC) to integrate API functions as there is some confusion about Microsoft solution.This customisation is of no use once the MS TEAM corrects its solution and release the patch.

The e invoice that you mentioned is this something that is specific to your country or is this a general requirement that all companies face in your country/region?
