
Hi all,
Recently my CRM\SharePoint users can't download pdfs document previously uploaded by their clients. What is really strange though is that when the clients is asked to upload the same documents again then the users can download them ok. I can't reproduce this issue in the test environment at all. Could this be more a production network/bandwidth issue than a CRM/Sharepoint integration one?
The users get prompted below (see Fig 1.)

Whenever the users press the OK button they see the following (see Fig 2.)
Fig 2.
No documents is seen.
Any ideas or thoughts most welcome

Try clearing the cache and/or using different browsers, etc.
