    Hi,

You can't setup custom partylist attribute (these are special attribute which can be associated with multiple type of entities, for example to where you can select account, contact, user etc)

Using 1: N you can setup a lookup, where you can select your primary entity in lookup which is in secondary entity. so you should be able to select your primary entity under that lookup that you have created.

    Thanks.

maybe I didn't explain what I am asking properly. I am not trying to setup a custom partylist, I am simply trying to add or associate another entity to the partylist lookup options. does that make sense?

Are you trying to send email to your custom entity ?? (you want to see your custom entity under To ?? if yes, you need to enable option Sending email under entity definition. Save your changes and publish your entity, you will be able to see your entity under To.

    Thanks

Are you adding entities beyond the Account, Contact User? This is a special field in CRM, you can customize the members of the list by using some JavaScript arrays and object properties, but I don't advise hardcoding GUIDs.

    Adam,

The activity party field is limited only to account, contact, lead, system user as I know.

But you can use regarding field to any entity

If you want to send email (I forgot the exact setting, but you can go to customization and go to entity properties setting) to another entity, for example custom entity, you can use the 'send email' feature in the entity setting in CRM entities customization and will have capability to send email to the email address that field is newly created after you enable that setting.

    Thanks.

    Hello Adam,

I have tested the solution in my lab provided by HIMBAP. It works.

Where he has asked to select the option Sending email under entity definition.

    Hello @Mahender,

Any Idea how can I add other lookup types in FROM field of Email. Currently it shows only user and queue. Along with this, I want to add contact or any custom entity lookup.

    Hi,

If you will enable option for sending email that will also add your custom entity under from.
