Export mail messages to Excel without HTML code

Hello,

I have Dynamics CRM v. 9.1 onpremise.

When users try to list mails via Advanced Search the Description column looks ok:

But when those results are exported to Excel the Description column is in HTML code:

I know the solution to find in excel everything with <*> and delete it, but when users have to do it every time, it is a nuisance to them.

I need to export Description column already without HTML code, only plain text. Is there a quick solution that I can implement in the CRM?

How about add a new field and store the description without html code, and export email with this new field? This solution need some plugin/workflow work, but not complex.

This should be easy with Power Automate but unfortunately you are using onpremise. XD
