Hi when adding an email template an extra sentence is being added at the beginning. There are 3 templates that were updated with new text. Whenever we use these templates the email looks fine when we are choosing the template:
But once the Apply Template button is clicked the email looks like this:
The line before the recipients name is not in the template at all. Is there a reason why this is being added to our emails now?
