Hi,
I am looking for help. At least once per month we are getting this kind of error message. Any clue how to solve it? What should I check? NAV 2013 R2.

This is just a suggestion... Other than confirming on Admin that the instance is running, I would always recommend rebooting the NAV Server bi-weekly/monthly. I am not technical but have always been told this was a good task to make sure you complete.

Please check if there any changes are done on the network side, sometimes DNS changes could cause this issue. What kind of error message do you see in the event logs ?
Please look at SQL and Windows Event Log. Thank!
