When logged into Management Reporter - Designer, then selecting a Dynamics GP company from the Companies list and clicking to "Set as Default", MR prompts for the GP User login credentials.
We find that it is not accepting the GP user login - even though those users are active GP users with access to the relevant GP companies. it does connect if we use the "sa" account.
The GP users are however, not POWER USER role in GP security.
Is there some other GP security role or task etc that needs to be selected for those users in GP - so they can connect via MR? Or is there some other way of resolving the issue?
