Doing a Balance check at RMS POS and getting a 'voucher not found' message. In RMS HQ the voucher shows as valid. Other vouchers all show OK with correct Balances. Been using for several years now with no issues. PLease advise. Thanks

After checking voucher,voucherentry and voucheronline tables in HQ DB for vouchers in question I saw that voucheronline was missing the two rows required for correct lookup. All other tables had been updated correctly. I inserted missing rows and linked to voucher and voucherentry and issue is resolved. Cause: some kind of update failure.
