Web Address for Online CRM - Trying to use Data Migration Manager

We have started a 30 day trial of the online CRM program and want to test migrating our data from Business Contact Manager to see if it works.

I don't know the web address to use to connect to the online CRM server.

    If you are in the USA it should be something like this: yourname.crm.dynamics.com

    Where yourname is the company's unique organization name.

    That can vary though.

    You should refer to your invitation email and it will have the URL in the body of that email.

    Jerry - thanks for the reply...  I have the original email but it still does not work using that address..

    From what you wrote it should be http://pici.crm.dynamics.com  ????  (pici being the company name we entered).

    otherwise it looks like it could work.

    Thanks for trying Jerry.  That didn't work.  Still tells me cannot connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM server because we cannot authenticate your credentials.  Check your connection or contact your administrator for help.  Funny since I am the administrator and have no clue.  : )

    Do you know of a number for support we can call just to get this trial working with importing our data?  If it all works we are willing to purchase... just need to make sure it will import all history from Business Contact Manager first.

    The free support number is 877-276-2464. Select option 2 which would take you to non-technical support which should give you more immediate access to assistance.

    what was the url?The only one I can think  of  is the dynamics online url and that did not work for me.

    The microsoft  dynamics tech support/ office 365 and operations were bouncing me between their call centers till I gave up.
