Is there is any possibilities that can i change default time zone UTC to EST in CRM Dynamics. I change time from option but i get all time in GMT. Is there is any way that can i change it from web config or some where else from UTC to EST

Dates/times are stored in the database as UTC so they can more easily be converted to a user's local time based on their own setting (under personal options - general tab). Changing the way it is stored is not really a viable option.

How the timezone is stored is controlled by the platform not a database setting
