How do I allow purchaser to post Purchase Order without the need to get approval in Navision 2018

Hi,

May I know how do you allow Purchaser to continue with posting of Purchase Order without the need to request for Approval?

I tried to disable workflow, but Navision prompts me to enable the workflow.

    Check the restricted records page. Ensure all purchase order approval workflows are disabled. No need to use the approval buttons if you don’t have it enabled for usage
