Purchase Order Processing Time - ATP Issue

Hi All

I am using ATP to calculate the delivery date which is not a problem, the problem I have is that when we are waiting on the next delivery ATP is selecting the "same day" as the delivery date of the PO.

This is causing an issue as the warehouse need to see on the inbound and the supplier that the delivery date to our warehouse will be xxx of the month, however, we need sales orders to see xxx+2 working days. Some deliveries could come in at 2pm and our couriers collect at the same time, meaning it is impossible to achieve the SO delivery date.

I cannot see on D365 f'n'o where you can add an inventory processing time for the warehouse to get, receive, process and put away.

Hi MelR,

you could uise ATP + issuemargin, where you can set up for items an issue margin (inventory days for example) that adds up to your ATP calculation. That setup is done by coverage group.

i find this video that gives you an example of how it calculates with this method.
