I have an issue with Dynamics 365 (crm) onpremise and I was advised to contact directly product engineering team on that matter.

I have asked both Finnish and EMEA partner techical support to help me to establish this conversions, but they play "not answering this email" -game with me.

So if there is someone with connections to Dynamics product engineering team - or better still: someone working in that team, then please help me out.

Cheers,

Pekka

    Hello,

It is the duty of the support team to help resolved any issue you have on the Dynamics product, as long as it is still supported.

Short of poking Vesa Juvonen directly on LinkedIn I'm not sure whom can help from Microsoft Finland, and even then it might be a stretch. There are no insider groups the same way as with D365 F&O.
If you open cases there should be a manager, some times it helps asking the manager for escalation.

What particular issue do you have? We just decomed our last on-prem CRM, but I might be able to point you in the right direction

I agree with what was said about contacting support with this question, I would also try searching on Linkedin, I have successfully found a lot of leads from there.

I also tried searching Dynamics product engineering team with my leads email finder and it gave me contacts of Philip Bailey who's a Senior M365 Engineer (pbailey@microsoft.com), he is also active on Linkedin so you can contact him there https://www.linkedin.com/in/philipbbailey/ . Hope this helps!

    Solution for Pekka:

    •

Open a Premier (Unified) Support ticket and request escalation directly to the Product Engineering Team.

    •

Post your issue in detail on the Dynamics 365 Community Forums and mention you’re looking for escalation.

    •

If you’re a Partner, submit a Partner Support Request via https://partner.microsoft.com/en-US/wave road and ask for escalation.

    •

Connect with Dynamics engineers on LinkedIn and explain your case, including any existing ticket numbers.
