Mass Payables EFT Transmission - PDF creation

Hello,

I am supporting a user who is having an issue creating a PDF from Mass EFT Transmissions. I myself have no experience with the software let alone supporting it.

Here are the steps taken to create the PDF:

Open MS Dynamics GP

-MS Dynamics GP

-Tools

-Utilities

-eMailer Manager Utilities

-MAss EFT Transmission

-Checkbook ID

After this, the user selects the appropriate entry (RBC bank) and then processes this to create a PDF. The creation process finishes without any issues or errors, however, the PDF does not appear in the folder selected. It just doesn't exist. We have a 2nd PC here that follows the exact same process as listed above, but we are able to create PDF's with the 2nd PC. Both have similar hardware/software configs.

Can anyone shed some light on this? If more info is needed, please feel free to ask. I will obtain as much as possible.

Thanks,

Tal

This looks like a third party product. You probably need to be talking to the support desk for his product?
