Quick campaigns next not working

I have a few users who just started experiencing this issue. When they create a Quick Campaign, they can get to typing the email or selecting a template in the wizard, but then when they click on "next" nothing happens.

They all used to be able to send them before. Any suggestions?

Microsoft has recently made some updates to the roles by default, which earlier was disabled, due to which users who don't have read access to "Marketing Form Display Attributes" will get privilege issues when trying to distribute campaign activity or Quick campaign.

Once you give them the required access, this should resolve your issue

This issue could be faced when the User doesn't have read permissions on marketingformdisplayattributes ("Marketing Form Display Attributes" )entity.

Can you please try to Give Read Privilege to marketingformdisplayattributes("Marketing Form Display Attributes" )entity for users who has issue via some security role.

There are two approaches:
1. Microsoft's marketing rolls seem to be working. I assigned them to a user and after that the problem was solved for him. However, many other deletion rights are also attached to this role.
2. in my existing security role I added only two things. Now the users don't seem to have any problems. In the security role you go to the marketing tab. In "various rights" I added rights for the internet marketing module.

I have the same problem. I have not changed anything in the security roles. Giving a user admin rights for a short time has helped. But that is a temporary solution at best.
