Failing to upload receipts for expenses.

I am trying to upload a receipt to myexpense.operations.dynamics.com but it fails.

I have both jpg and PDF versions of the receipt
Upload fails for both fail.
The file sizes are respectively 140 and 95 kb.
The error message is /<filename> failed to upload. Please try to upload the document again/ with absolutely no indication about what went wrong.

Does any of you have any idea about

What has gone wrontg?
What I can do to fix it (if anything)?

Hi,

Not sure what caused this error by judging from this error message.

File format: Ensure that the file format of the receipt is supported by Dynamics 365. (I tried searching in the official documentation for Dynamics 365 F&O for what file types are supported for uploads, but I didn't find one)

File size limitations: Check if there are any limitations on file size for uploading receipts in Dynamics 365 Although both of them have small file sizes.

Try a different browser: If the issue persists, try using a different browser or even a different device to upload the receipt. Have you tried other different browsers?

And if not work, let's wait for the reply from others who have any ideas on this issue.
