Failing to upload receipts for expenses.

I am trying to upload a receipt to myexpense.operations.dynamics.com but it fails.
 
  • I have both jpg and PDF versions of the receipt
  • Upload fails for both fail.
  • The file sizes are respectively 140 and 95 kb.  
  • The error message is  /<filename> failed to upload. Please try to upload the document again/ with absolutely no indication about what went wrong.
 
Does any of you have any idea about 
 
  1. What has gone wrontg?
  2. What I can do to fix it (if anything)?

    Hi,
    Not sure what caused this error by judging from this error message.
    • File format: Ensure that the file format of the receipt is supported by Dynamics 365. (I tried searching in the official documentation for Dynamics 365 F&O for what file types are supported for uploads, but I didn't find one)
    • File size limitations: Check if there are any limitations on file size for uploading receipts in Dynamics 365 Although both of them have small file sizes.
    • Try a different browser: If the issue persists, try using a different browser or even a different device to upload the receipt. Have you tried other different browsers?
    And if not work, let's wait for the reply from others who have any ideas on this issue.

    It's likely that the issue could be related to file format compatibility, server restrictions, or a temporary glitch. To troubleshoot, ensure your filenames are simple, try different browsers, check for internet stability, verify file size limits, and if the problem persists, contact the support team for myexpense.operations.dynamics.com for assistance.
