hi there guys.
i noticed CRM didn't integrate some emails during a short period of time. i had to "Test & Activate" the mailbox so the mails started integrating again.
my question is:
a) how can i synchronize the missing emails ?
b) can i prevent this from happening in the future? how?
I'm using CRM 2013 on-premises, w/ SP1 UR2 (6.1.2.112), emails are configured at Server Side Synchronization, on Exchange
