Error when posting warehouse receipt, second attempt works

Hello everyone,
 
Few of our customers experienced the following problem with standard Business Central: 
 
When they want to post a warehouse receipt, they get the following error: /There is nothing to post because the document does not contain any quantity or amount/
 
When they book the warehouse receipt for a second time, it succeeds without any problem? 

Anyone in this community who has already experienced a similar problem with customers and could explain more about this please? Thank you very much!

    find out if this happens to individual user or across the board. If latter, you need to check if any customization/3rd party apps that might have something to do with it. Create a MS ticket or get a dev to take look from backend.

    Hello, please check your Warehouse Shipments form and if there are any unposted shipments.
    Please try to post them and see if the problem persists.

    I suggest debugging, this is a standard error message and should be a problem with your data.
    If you have customized it, you can uninstall it and try again.
