When a new view is created under 'My View' it's visible to everybody who uses the CRM and shows under their 'My View'

In CRM when any user creates a view by themselves, its visible to everyone. for e.g in the Project entity, there are about 30 views under My View. they all from different different users.
No one shared their own views with anyone. (I confirmed)

Please advise why this is happening and how can I stop this.

logged onto the 'Plugin Registration Tool' any specific name I should be looking for?

You need to use Plugin Registration Tool to check the plugin steps. Any developer in your team can verify this.

Where do I check plugin/automation setup.

fyi - this is not happening to one user, there is happening to everyone. so everyone can see each others 'My View'

Please check if you have any plugin/automation which shares these person views with other users.
