I want to use AP prepayment application with one invoice voucher with multiple prepayment ref. number.
In standard application I can't use one voucher two time. Is there is any solution is there or hot fix

ugh. I know there's a KB doc 873651 that tells how to reverse prepayents-- that might be a place to start.
Thank you Toni. Now I have the dilema of un-doing the mess I've created. I have voided the check, but the pre-payment 'thinks' its paid. Do you know how to correct this? I can't pay it again, or apply an adjustment, but it shows an active balance.
Ok-- I was thinking of appying more than one voucher to a prepayment!
yes, there is only one slot in the APDOC record for the prepayment. They would need to add additional "functionality" to the APADJUST records to make it possible to use more than one prepayment for a voucher.

Waitaminit! What VERSION are you on? Maybe they added the ability to do more than one in a recent (like 6.0?) version. I know they added that separate prepayment app screen after they added the initial functnoality.
Hi I think this can be done if its the all the preapayments are for the same vendor ID.
