how to get all the purchase order lines report from Business central

Hello,

My team is asking for a report to check all the purchase order lines from the business central system. Some lines were archived and it was time consuming to check one by one. I checked the system there was not a place for me to generate the purchase lines report (neither under design mode I am not able to view that). Right now I am trying to build a power BI dashboard for them to check/ search by specific purchase order number.

I have the tables with the open purchase orders and archived purchase orders. And the purchase order number is not all same. How can I create a dimension table include all the purchase order number from the oldest archived to the new one created? I am trying to link them all together. And my user just search by slicer under the dimension table, he will be able to view all the detail.

Thank you!

I think it is better to customize a new page or report. As you might know, there will be multiple versions of Archive Documents in the BC, and sometimes Purchase Order and Purchase Archive exist at the same time. Sorry I'm not a Power BI expert, I think it's very difficult to differentiate the data if you use Power Bi. This may result in a lot of duplicate data.
It is recommended to discuss this requirement with your partner.

    Thanks.
