Tracking the activation and deactivation of process

Hi,

Is there any way to track the activation and deactivation of processes,(who activated/deactivated the process?when?) in ms crm  (programmatically or any oob feature of crm)

    Hi,

    As far as I see this requirement, I would register a PreUpdate plugin on the desired entity. This plugin will check if the there is a change of status of the process and then create a Note linked to the record. The note will contain the deactivation/activation Date and the user who did this.

    By the way I don't see OOB feature doing like an audit of activation/deactivation of processes
