Cannot restart instance when connecting to Azure SQL server (Business Central 23.2)

Hi,

I'm having an error restarting the instance when connecting to Azure Server database. I already did the step to create and import encrypted key. See error below.

/ValueFactory attempted to access the Value property of this instance../

 

I also tried to reinstall BC and created new VM but the error still occurs.
Note: Connecting to a Cronus database in local SQL server works fine.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
