Return Coupons showing blocked in POS

Hi,

Before i was using Return Coupons in NAV,but today i trying to use return coupon again in POS,when its asking to enter the coupon number its showing error "COUPEN 000210000 is Blocked"

    This seems to be customisation. Go to Coupon Header Table and see if any fields or related logic is added in the table.
