Connect Azure to On-Premise

hi all,

I have CRM 2016 8.2 on-premise and I want to connect it to Azure app service. From Azure I receive "Unable login to CRM" error. Locally everything is working. I already tried:

1. Hybrid connections - opened ports 80, 443 on CRM server and 1433, 60258 on SQL (tcp and dynamic tcp)

2. vnet - created vnet with p2s vpn

Still the same error.
