New window disappears behind main window

Whenever I open up a new window on GP it tends to disappear behind the main window. Every time a new item is clicked on it just disappears behind it. Is this a GP or a Windows issue?

    Ralmirall,

    There are numerous blogs pointing to Windows Server 2012 and Windows 7 as the cause.
