Create Microsoft 365 Business Basic accounts for customers

Hello,

I have a company and I want to create Microsoft 365 Business Basic accounts for customers. How can I do this?

Do I have to create an account in their name directly?
Is there a Microsoft interface for managing customer accounts if I'm an external company?

I've tried to sign up for the Microsoft Partner Program but I can't get any more information because my interface seems to be blocked.

If someone could please enlighten me so that I know how best to proceed?

Create Microsoft 365 Business Basic accounts for customers

If you are an individual trying to license Microsoft products for your clients, you likely won't meet the requirements to be a Direct Reseller. You would need to join Microsoft's CSP program and then sign up with a Microsoft Distribution Partner to issue the licenses as an Indirect Reseller.

If you are an employee with the company, you would want to find a Microsoft Partner to license the product through and provide support for what you license.
