I am trying to integrate CRM 2016 Email Router with Exchange 2016, but I can't send emails. It is already integrated with Exchange 2013 and it can send and receive emails. I recently upgraded to Exchange 2016 and created exactly the same receive connectors that were configured on Exchange 2013 to relay emails from CRM. I have an impersonation rule that is assigned to enterprise administrator for this purpose. Could you please help me with integrating Dynamics CRM with Exchange 2016? Thanks a lot.
