Can anyone suggest a better way to manage and Integrate Magento and D365Fo using azure

You are asking for "a better way". Can you tell how you currently have managed and set up the integration?

Currently, it's managed by our partner, they have done some sort of customization that takes almost 46 hours to move the products and etc to Magento and vice versa. Due to this reason, we are looking for a solution by Microsoft that may help us to integrate D365Fo with Magento like a middleware whose responsible to handle and manage incremental data and changes, and want it to perform the operation as soon as it happens over AX.

Having gone through this, it is not what we are looking for, we need something that is recommended by Microsoft and acts like a separate middleware that handles all the API on both sides Magento and D365Fo, and we could check the statuses and sync product or sales order automatically or manually as per requirement.
When you say recommended by Microsoft, are you looking for out of the box capabilities? If yes , I don't think that exist.
