Move stackeholders from Leads to Accounts

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello,

When I change my lead into an account, I had to use "mapping" to move my custom field (new_comment for example).

Now I would like to move the stakeholders also. I read some documentation about connection and connection roles but couldn't find the way to "map" them.

Am I clear enough?

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for reading,

Gabriel

PS: I also try to move my competitors but as it's a N:N relation the "mapping" isn't available :/

    You can't map that data.

If you can write C# then plugin that handles creation of account, checks that this account was qualified from Lead and copies stakeholders should not be a problem.

    I can write C# and Javascript plug-ins so programming isn't a problem :)
