Hi Guys! I have customized Phone-to-Case Process and I want to when the user press "Resolve Case" Button, the BPF moves the last stage. is it possible? I tried with Power Automate but i couldn't.
Maybe the actually problem is that i can`t understan, why you can advance in a case and finish it, but the BPF dont progress. It does`t make sence to me.
Someone could help me.

Hi,
Yes, you can move BPF stage as now BPF is an entity. so, you can write code to set BPF stage as per your need. You can run plugin code on case resolution.

You could also use a workflow (also on your BPF entity). The following example is for when the User selects the Finish button, which changes the Status Reason of the BPF to Finished:
Where Case Business Process is in the list of records that can be selected.
